Communications
Many workforce surveys will require to be explained to staff before the survey is launched. A formal announcement that a survey will be taking place provides an opportunity to explain to staff:
- Why the survey is happening
- What they will gain from participating
- An outline of the timetable
- What will happen to the results
Keeping staff informed will result in a significantly higher rate of participation. Good communications before the survey equals good response data afterwards.
We use all forms of communication to make sure that staff understand why a survey is taking place and what it means for them. From management briefing packs through to workplace activities we can ensure that your staff are fully prepared and engaged with your survey.
