Survey System

Our survey system comprises a number of survey tools that provide a comprehensive and integrated framework within which both simple and complex surveys can be managed. The system is flexible and can accommodate everything from a simple one-off on-line survey to a fully automated long-term repeating survey complete with automatic target list generation from your source system (i.e. CRM, sales, e-commerce etc.), respondent management, automated analysis and automated report generation and dissemination - please click here for more information.

All steps can be automated and there is full user and role permissions control. Self-service facilities can be provided for respondents.

On-line Survey Tool

At the core of our survey system is Opinio, a powerful on-line survey tool by Object Planet. Opinio is an 'enterprise' quality survey tool that allows the creation and management of sophisticated surveys. Hosted on our high-performance servers in a high-security datacentre in London, Opinio is fully integrated into our Survey Suite System with, on one side, our target list and respondent management facilities and, on the other, our comprehensive survey data repository with automated analysis and reporting features.

Sigmer is an authorised re-seller for Opinio and we are able to provide you with your own Opinio System hosted either on your own infrastructure or on our high-availability and high-security servers.
