Taking contact information from your CRM or sales system following a client interaction, Survey Suite can automatically survey your client, analyse the responses and alert you to any abnormal responses - reliably and cost-effectively.

Survey Suite can also take the effort out of your recruitment or training process with an automated candidate self-assessment or application - with individual responses automatically e-mailed to you on completion.

Survey Data Repository

The Survey Suite Data Repository provides facilities for the management of response data including:

  • Add and maintain meta-data
  • Create custom datasets
  • Manage respondent information
  • Create analysis routines and output datasets

Reporting

There is considerable flexibility with regard to reporting. One option is to use the Survey Suite Reporting Engine which provides automated and manual reporting and data extracts. Report Recipients can be managed and reports automatically disseminated.

It is also possible to use your own reporting system which can be connected to the Survey Suite Data Repository.
